OBVARA VASE
White stoneware clay using obvara firing process
Dimensions h16 x w12cm.
Each piece is unique and hand made in my East Sussex studio.
The obvara process originated in c.12th Eastern Europe and involves dipping in a yeast brew after firing and then quickly placed in cold water.
Shape, size and glaze can alter slightly from piece to piece.
This is not dishwasher safe and is porous.
